Delivery Information Retail

Orders are sent Parcel Post within 1-7 days of order and payment confirmation. Alternatively, if you need your order in a hurry you can select to have your order shipped by express post.

Delivery Information Wholesale

Retail orders are sent by My Post Business.

Wholesale orders are sent by eparcel (Australia Post delivery service) or TNT Express Shipper.
We endeavour to get orders out within 7 days but during peak times it may take longer.

Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase.

Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt to:
